Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Because we also sell food products such as matcha tea and other drink mixes, opened or partially used food items cannot be returned unless they are defective or you received the wrong product.

Always include “Munchies Ljubljana returns” and your order number on the package so that we can process your return quickly.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label where applicable, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error (defective item, damaged item, or wrong item sent), the cost of return shipping is covered by you or deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive damaged goods or the wrong item, we will either replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping costs you paid for that order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

perishable goods and food products (for example matcha tea and other drink mixes) once the packaging has been opened

products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
-
items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery
-
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you would like.
If you received a defective or wrong item, we can also arrange a direct replacement instead of a refund, if the product is still in stock.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, except for the legal exceptions listed above such as goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product. In all other cases, original shipping charges are not refunded.
